HOLY CRAPPP! I JUST RAN 10 MILES IN 2 HOURS 4 MINUTES AND 46 SECONDS! SOOO TIRED!

Last 2 miles were the hardest miles of my life! I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to do that again but proud of myself! Hopefully that’ll make up for last week.

NO WHERE near my goal, but i wore my shorts today after months, and they were a bit big :)

a couple stories from the gym today

  • first thing. ran 5 miles in 55:50. improved it by 55 seconds! my goal is to do it under 55 minutes. wooo!
  • secondly, and most importantly, went to the gym. did my shit. went to the sauna. and a random guy walked in and was like “Hey!” and i was like “uhhh…hey?!” and he was like “hey! i noticed that youve lost A LOT of weight. i think i saw you like 2 months ago and you have come a LONG way! im jealous of you! but also proud of you! keep it up!” and of course me, not enjoying compliments and stuff was like “oh..thanks?! but i didnt lose that much..” and he said “NO! you did! keep up the god work! youre doing great!” and put on his headphones and continued playing on his phone. i just sat there in shock that a random skinny guy said that he was jealous of my results and stuff. and we didnt even get each others names. i didnt want to interrupt his gaming so i was like uhh ok and just left ahah but yeah, the thing about this story is that ive been doubting all my “weight loss” stuff cause i havent been seeing results in a while…. ANYWAYS! thanks random guy for giving me the reassurance that ive been losing weight :)

cause of thanksgiving. and i was just informed a few hours ago that im having an early thanksgiving tomorrow with the other side of my family…when we are already having thanksgiving at my place on thursday?! -_____-

New daily goal: do at least 40 push ups throughout day
